Heathwood Triathlon is a community Tri club based in Cardiff. It was launched in 2022 after Heathwood Swimming became successful coaching people with all different abilities so they could participate in triathlon. We are passionate about developing an inclusive community that is equal & diverse for all our members.

The CARTEN100 is a cycle ride from Cardiff to Tenby, covering 100 miles in a day. It is not a race, but a challenge to get people on their bikes and raise money for good causes through the Spokes Foundation. The ride aims to support local charities, community-led groups, and sports clubs along the South Wales corridor.
